AI Conversation Trainer - Customer Support

About the Role

Vraify is hiring AI Conversation Trainers with customer-support experience for a paid voice-AI project. You will act out realistic customer-and-support scenarios, record natural conversations, and help improve AI voice assistants.

This is a fully remote freelance contract opportunity open to qualified applicants worldwide. You may work part-time or full-time based on project availability, and you can complete the work alongside your current job.

Essential Voice Requirement

A clear, natural U.S. English accent is essential for this voice-recording project. This requirement applies to the recorded work itself and is not based on nationality, citizenship, ethnicity, or country of residence. Applications that do not demonstrate the required U.S. English accent cannot be advanced for this particular project.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer or customer-support representative in provided scenarios

• Record natural, realistic customer-and-support conversations

• Review or improve completed recordings when required

• Follow project instructions and quality standards consistently

Required Experience

• At least 2 years of professional customer-support or customer-service experience

• At least 1 year of AI-training experience

• Clear, natural U.S. English accent suitable for recorded customer-and-support conversations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable computer, microphone, and internet connection

Compensation and Engagement

• USD $4–$15 per paid hour, depending on the assigned work, experience, and project requirements

• Freelance contract

• Fully remote; applicants may apply from any country

• Part-time or full-time availability may be considered

• Calibration and a short voice sample may be required for shortlisted applicants
