- Keep the Digital Pasture Organized: Maintain precise guest notes and reservations in our google sheets, google calendar, and slack channels.
- Elevate the Cowabunga Magic: Listen to guests desires and recommend the perfect accommodation tiers, packages, or unique add-ons to elevate their getaway.
- Multi-Task in Motion: Juggle emails, guest calls, and admin tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail and patience.
- Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with our remote creative, management, and boots-on-the-ground teams to refine guest processes and keep satisfaction sky-high.
What You Bring to the Campfire (Experience & Skills)
- Customer Support Background: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, short-term rental support, or customer service phone support is required.

- Cool, Calm & Collected: Ability to manage high inquiry volumes during peak booking seasons while maintaining a calm, reassuring, and professional demeanor.
- Quick & Accurate: Solid typing speed and high data accuracy to ensure reservation details and guest notes are spotless. Ensuring that all important information has been entered across all platforms.
- Resourceful Problem-Solver: Able to assess situations on the fly, resolve issues efficiently, and adapt easily to fast-paced hospitality updates.
