About The Role Shipcom is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Back-end Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing back-end applications that underpin our innovative IoT solutions. Your expertise will help improve the robustness, performance, and scalability of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and efficient systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software development
• Proven expertise in building high-performance, scalable systems
• Strong proficiency with runtime environments such as Node.js and ASP.NET
• Experience with server-side languages including .NET, C#, Python, and PHP
• Working knowledge of IoT standards, protocols, and strategies
• Proficiency with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and libraries like AngularJS, React, Three.js, Babylon.js, and Amber
• Solid understanding of front-end languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodologies
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating value for customers

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop software solutions to manage complex business workflows
• Define and implement API strategies and integrations with third-party applications and platforms

• Stay updated on the latest developments in web applications, programming languages, and IoT standards
