Role Description The Customer Service Assistant is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting clients and internal teams with day-to-day service needs. This position responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing timely and accurate information about services, appointments, and basic property details. The role includes documenting interactions, updating customer records, and coordinating with real estate professionals to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Assistant also assists with scheduling, follow-up communications, and handling routine administrative tasks that support efficient operations. This role requires consistent, professional communication and a commitment to delivering a positive experience in every interaction.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centered mindset to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or ticketing systems, email, and office productivity tools.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills in documenting interactions and following processes.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or professional services support is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in customer service or business administration is beneficial.
