I am currently recruiting for a General Manager for a premium restaurant in Kings Cross and require a candidate who possesses the following:
- Previous experience as a General Manager of a premium restaurant
- The ability to manage a FOH and BOH team efficiently and effectively
- Strong presence on the floor
- Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge or pre-booked sales, private hire and marketing
- The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
