Freelance Social Media Graphic Designer & Reel Creator (AI + Canva + Adobe)

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a creative and reliable freelance designer to manage the complete social media creative workflow for our active clients. You will handle everything from reel scripting to design, client communication for changes, and publishing. If you fit well with our process, we will offer you a full-time position.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job Type: Freelance / Contract (with a opportunity to convert to Full-time)
Experience: 1+ year preferred (strong freshers with a good portfolio may apply)

Responsibilities:

• Write reel scripts and plan scene-wise storyboards.
• Design social media posts, stories, and reels that follow each client’s brand guidelines.
• Create AI-assisted reels using prompt-based workflows: image generation, branding edits, video generation, and final editing.
• Edit and brand visuals in Photoshop/Illustrator (logos, layout, HD resizing) before video generation.
• Compile and edit clips with transitions, timing, and voice-over or audio.
• Communicate with clients, present concepts, and implement feedback and revisions.
• Publish and schedule content on clients’ social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Keep up with design and social media trends and apply them to projects.
• Deliver files in the correct formats for digital use (and print when required).

Required Skills

• Strong command of Canva (posts, stories, reels).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma is a plus.
• Experience creating reels with AI tools, such as Google Flow, Gemini, Whisk AI, ChatGPT (for scripts and prompts), or similar.
• Ability to write effective prompts covering visuals, camera angles, lighting, mood, and scene action.
• Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Video).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Good written and verbal English/Gujarati communication for client coordination.
• Ability to work to deadlines and take feedback positively.
• Attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience managing social media publishing and scheduling.
• Basic copywriting skills for captions and scripts.
• Prior experience handling multiple client accounts.
