•Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release engineering workflows to support reliable software delivery.
•Design and implement disaster recovery and high-availability strategies using AWS-native services.
•Build and maintain monitoring, metrics, and logging systems to track infrastructure performance and identify issues.
•Strengthen the security of services and operating systems, including integrating security scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
•Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across environments and document findings, solutions, and lessons learned for the wider team.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, and operational security.
Required Qualifications
•Hands-on experience building and managing scalable infrastructure on AWS.
•Experience using Kubernetes for service orchestration and deployment.

•Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
•Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
•Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
•DevSecOps experience, including shift-left security practices and integrating security scanners into CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
•Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
•Experience with Bitbucket or GitHub, along with Jira and Confluence.
•Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to non-technical colleagues.
•Experience collaborating with international teams.
Salary and Benefits
•Base Salary: $135,000–$165,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
