Job Description

Apigee & GCP *****
**100% Remote
Freelance
Sunday–Thursday**
We are looking for an experienced API Integration Designer to join a technical team working on secure, scalable API management solutions using Apigee and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities
- Design and manage APIs using Apigee, including proxies, policies and configurations.
- Ensure API security, performance and scalability.
- Integrate APIs with backend systems and external services.
- Define API standards, documentation and governance.
- Troubleshoot issues and support API deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Apigee experience.
- Strong knowledge of GCP and API proxy development.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT and mTLS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Good English communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work Sunday to Thursday .
Nice to Have
- MuleSoft or Kong experience.
- Kubernetes, Docker and microservices knowledge.
- Apigee or Google Cloud certifications.
Contract Details
- Location: 100% remote
- Contract: Freelance
- Working days: Sunday–Thursday
