Its Orange Logic Platform serves organizations across multiple industries, with an emphasis on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software.

About the Role

Orange Logic is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support the infrastructure, automation, and reliability of its platform. In this role, you’ll help streamline software delivery, manage cloud infrastructure, improve system performance, and strengthen security across environments.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure as code, monitor production systems, and automate repetitive tasks. The position is suited to an engineer who values reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with attention to performance and cost efficiency.

•Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools to improve consistency and repeatability.

•Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and lead post-incident reviews to improve reliability.

•Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

•Promote and maintain security standards across infrastructure and deployment environments.

•Automate operational tasks to reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivity.

•Support containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

•Improve system observability using monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools.

•Identify opportunities to strengthen infrastructure performance, scalability, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications

•At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.

•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

•Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

•Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.

•Strong understanding of CI/CD tools, including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent platforms.

•Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or PagerDuty.

•Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or a similar language.

•A security-first mindset and understanding of secure infrastructure practices.

•Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and contribute to ongoing operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.

•Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

•Experience improving cloud cost efficiency, system reliability, and deployment automation.

Compensation & Benefits

•Target annual compensation: $120,000–$140,000 in most remote locations. Final offers depend on experience, expertise, and other relevant factors.

•Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

•Life and disability insurance.

•401(k) and Roth retirement plans with a 4% employer match, fully vested.

•20 days of paid time off (PTO).

•8 weeks of parental leave.
