Job Description
We are looking for a versatile Senior QA Specialist with 7+ years of experience who combines strong manual website testing skills with practical experience using AI tools to improve QA workflows and help teammates develop their skills.
Our team currently performs testing manually. You will initially spend a significant portion of your time planning and executing manual tests while identifying opportunities to improve how we work. Alongside your testing responsibilities, you will build and validate AI-assisted solutions, implement useful automation, and train the team to use these tools effectively.
As reliable solutions are adopted, some repetitive activities will become automated. Manual testing will remain an ongoing responsibility, particularly for exploratory testing, usability, accessibility, complex scenarios, and work that requires human judgment. The balance between testing and improvement work will evolve with project needs and the reliability of the solutions you implement.
