We’re hiring an AI Engineer to design, ship, and scale intelligent systems that touch 1M+ global clients across 50+ offices worldwide.

If you build with LLMs, RAG, and agents and want your models in production, not just in notebooks then read on.

What You’ll Build:

·      Ship LLM-powered features across CRM, counselling, document processing & client journeys

·      Design RAG pipelines grounded in immigration knowledge, policies & workflows

·      Build AI agents & agentic workflows that automate real business operations

·      Craft prompt strategies, evals & guardrails for production-grade reliability

·      Integrate AI with Salesforce, cloud platforms, APIs & mobile products

·      Collaborate with product, BA, and engineering teams to turn ideas into shipped outcomes

You’ll Fit If You Have:

·      Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, etc.)

·      Solid grip on RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering

·      Working knowledge of AI agents & agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)

·      Strong Python skills + comfort with APIs, cloud & data pipelines

·      Experience deploying AI on AWS / Azure / GCP

·      Understanding of evals, observability & responsible AI

·      Bonus: fine-tuning, MLOps, multi-modal AI, or Salesforce/Einstein exposure
