Job Description
- Must have Hands on CXAS agent (voice) building and testing of agents;
- Must have hands on LangChain/LangGraph and MCP;
- Must have Hands on Python coding and prompt engineering;
- Must have experience integrating voice agents with Speech APIs.
- Should have experience across the complete agent development lifecycle: design, build, integration, Responsible AI guardrails, security, and deployment.
- Preferred skills: Google Dialogflow, Speech APIs, and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).
