Position Overview
Develop innovative building designs and practical architectural solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and design proposals.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients on design requirements.
- Review building plans, materials, and technical specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and local regulations.
- Support design revisions, site inspections, and project coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Building Design, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural design or building consultancy.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and design standards.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in communication and teamwork.
