Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially driven Pharmacy Manager to join our growing pharmacy group.
This is a non-pharmacist management position, focused on the day-to-day operations, business growth and overall performance of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily pharmacy operations and supervise staff.
Drive business growth, sales and profitability.
Promote NHS and private pharmacy services.
Monitor KPIs and achieve performance targets.
Manage stock, purchasing and cost control.
Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Support recruitment, staff training and performance management.
Maintain operational standards and support regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate
Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Commercially minded with a focus on business growth.
Good understanding of pharmacy services and operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate a team and deliver results.
You do not need to be a qualified pharmacist to apply.
