Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Manage and motivate the bar team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop and implement innovative drink menus and promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing regulations.
• Control inventory, order supplies, and manage costs effectively.
• Train staff on customer service, safety procedures, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, beverage service, and food safety standards.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is preferred.

Pay: £24,420.00-£42,818.94 per year

Work Location: In person
