This isn’t a role for someone who manages partners. It’s a role for someone who builds the revenue they bring.
A well-funded cybersecurity scale-up is taking its enterprise product to market across EMEA. A partner base exists. The engine around it does not.
What we need:
UK-based, with willingness to travel across EMEA.
7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, channels or partnerships across EMEA. Hands-on success building or scaling a channel program. Real co-selling experience with enterprise sales teams. Security, cloud or enterprise software background is a strong advantage. Someone who sets the strategy and then executes it personally, without a playbook handed over, and with a realistic view of channel ROI timelines.
What you’ll own:
The EMEA channel strategy and the structure behind it: partner profile, KPIs, programs and processes. Recruiting, onboarding and activating resellers, MSSPs and integrators. Partner enablement. Partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell with the sales team. Deal registration and channel conflict. Incentive design. A direct line to sales leadership and a voice in product and marketing.
Early-stage influence on go-to-market, executive access and meaningful equity.
