HR cum Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Duties

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft to attract top talent efficiently
• Oversee employee onboarding, training programs, and performance management systems to promote continuous development
• Supervise HRIS (Human Resource Information System) platforms to maintain accurate employee data and generate insightful reports through data analysis skills
• Coordinate internal and external marketing initiatives, including branding campaigns, social media outreach, and promotional events to elevate company visibility
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and improve talent acquisition efforts
• Lead the supervision of HR team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and accountability

Experience

• Proven management experience in human resources and marketing roles with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively
• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo for data management and reporting
• Familiarity with ATS tools for recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and marketing campaign performance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
• Prior experience in managing human resources functions within a corporate setting, including employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration
• Knowledge of current HR trends, employment laws, and best practices in employer branding
