SmartCOMM Developer
As a SmartCOMM Developer, you’ll work with the Thunderhead/Smartcomms platform to build, develop and maintain documents that meet business needs and requirements. You’ll help ensure systems and services remain stable, secure, reliable and high-performing, while maintaining excellent technical standards.
£450 - £500 Inside IR35
Fully Remote
6 Months
You’ll be part of a collaborative Scrum team, working alongside technology professionals and subject matter experts to deliver effective solutions and continuously improve document production processes.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Develop and modify documents and configurations within the Thunderhead/Smartcomms platform to meet business requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards, with appropriate development testing completed.
- Collaborate with technology colleagues and subject matter experts to deliver projects, programmes and workstreams.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work proactively to resolve and prevent defects, risks and problems.
- Manage service changes relating to document production, liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Resolve issues within the Thunderhead/Smartcomms platform.
- Follow development best practice and adhere to marketing brand styles and guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
