Position Overview

PEAK is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy, drive innovation, and accelerate growth across AI infrastructure and high-performance data storage solutions.

This executive will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, leading product management teams, identifying market opportunities, and delivering scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of enterprise AI customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall product strategy, vision, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management organization.
• Drive product innovation across AI infrastructure, software-defined storage, and high-performance computing solutions.
• Identify customer needs, emerging technologies, and market opportunities to guide product development.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to align product and business priorities.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, prioritization, development, and successful market launches.
• Establish product KPIs and performance metrics to measure adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and strategic technology partners to strengthen product capabilities.
• Evaluate competitive trends and develop strategies to improve market positioning.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve product quality, scalability, and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or related technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling successful enterprise technology products.
• Strong experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise storage, cloud computing, SaaS, or high-performance computing.
• Demonstrated success leading product teams and managing complex product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer requirements, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience working with engineering teams on storage architecture, GPU computing, or data infrastructure solutions preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience driving product innovation in a high-growth technology environment preferred.

They should combine technical insight with commercial judgment and be capable of building innovative, scalable products that strengthen competitive positioning and drive sustainable business growth.

Pay: $239,000.00 - $286,000.00 per year
