Platform Product Manager

About The Role Conroe Digital is a remote-first digital marketing agency serving local businesses in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Montgomery County, Texas. We are hiring a Platform Product Manager to own how a specific platform is used, configured, and delivered across our client work.

You will become the go-to person for your platform: how it should be set up, what good looks like, where it breaks, and how to get more from it. You will document what you learn so the whole team benefits, and you will work with Channel Product Managers to make sure platform decisions serve client outcomes.

This role sits inside the Product & Delivery track with a defined path toward Channel Product Manager as you demonstrate ownership.

What You’ll Own

• Own the standards, configuration, and delivery quality for your platform across client accounts.
• Turn client goals into well-configured platform setups that can be measured.
• Write and maintain SOPs so platform work is repeatable by others.
• Monitor changes to the platform and keep the team ahead of them.
• Support Platform Specialists with training, reviews, and escalation help.

• Platform work across clients is consistent, documented, and measured.
• Platform-driven issues are caught early and handled without client-visible surprises.
• The SOPs you write are actually used by teammates, not filed away.
• Your commitments are met, or renegotiated early and honestly.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Hands-on, demonstrable experience with at least one major marketing platform.
• Clear written communication; you can document processes other people can follow.
• Comfort owning outcomes: deadlines, quality, and difficult conversations included.
• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area.

Helpful, Not Required

• Experience across two or more platforms in the same channel.
• Experience training or supporting other users of the platform.

Where You’ll Work

This is a remote position designed for someone based close to the communities Conroe Digital serves.

You’ll perform your day-to-day work remotely, but you should generally live within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area so you can meet with clients or participate locally when being there in person makes sense.

There is no daily office commute associated with the role.
