Position Overview

zerohasha is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and execution.

The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, outstanding leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering digital products.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to develop innovative solutions, enhance customer experiences, and drive sustainable business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

Manage the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and optimization.

Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and prioritized plans.

Utilize Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies to ensure efficient product delivery.

Leverage customer insights, market research, and data analysis to guide product decisions.

Collaborate with technical teams on matters related to APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and system integration.

Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and successful launch processes.

Report on product performance, priorities, and project progress to senior management.

Qualifications

15+ years of product management experience; experience in the tech, SaaS, or digital platform industries is preferred.

Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and product development best practices.

Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.

Familiarity with AWS, APIs, SQL, and modern software architectures.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.

Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Preference given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
