Position Summary We’re hiring an experienced and strategic Director, Product to lead Trulioo’s KYB (Know Your Business) product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of one of the company’s most important product lines, driving innovation across identity verification, compliance, and customer onboarding.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping the future of digital identity. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Go-to-Market, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership to deliver market-leading KYB solutions that help organizations build trust, reduce fraud, and meet evolving regulatory requirements around the world.

Success in this role requires balancing long-term strategic thinking with strong operational execution. You will leverage customer insights, market intelligence, emerging technologies, and AI-driven innovation to identify new growth opportunities, accelerate product development, improve decision-making, and create differentiated customer experiences.

This role is expected to champion the adoption of AI across both our products and product organization: identifying opportunities to embed AI into customer solutions while also leveraging AI to increase team productivity, improve product discovery, and enable faster, higher-quality decision-making.

This is a full-time, permanent position working remotely across Canada or the United States.
