Reconstruction Project Manager

Title: Reconstruction Project Manager

Location: Seattle, WA/Grand Rapids, MI/Jackson, MI/Indianapolis, IN

Duration: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
• Track budgets, costs, forecasts, and change orders.
• Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule delays.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide weekly project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project closeout, including inspections, punch lists, and warranty work.
• Partner with Estimators and accounting/administrative teams to ensure accurate project execution and costs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage multiple projects and teams/subcontractors simultaneously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of construction experience.
• Construction management experience; residential restoration and insurance claims experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and cost-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, teams, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction materials, budgeting, and margins.
• Proficiency with Xactimate, Microsoft Office, Proven Jobs, and cloud-based technology.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and procedures.
