Role Description The AI Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales of AI-powered solutions and services for Alia Asia’s clients across multiple industries. Day-to-day, this role identifies and qualifies prospects, conducts discovery calls, and tailors solution proposals that address client needs in areas such as asset transformation, operational efficiency, and commercial optimisation. The AI Sales Specialist collaborates with internal experts to understand the firm’s offerings, prepares compelling sales presentations and demos, and manages the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure. This role also maintains strong client relationships through consistent communication, supports onboarding and training related to AI solutions, and provides feedback to product and operations teams based on market insights. The AI Sales Specialist is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent Alia Asia’s brand with professionalism in virtual meetings and cross-border engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in clear, practical terms and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals, ideally involving technology or AI-driven solutions.
• Background in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and support client and internal teams in adopting AI tools.
• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams and comfort operating in multicultural, cross-border business environments.
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital transformation in sectors such as hospitality, F&B, healthcare, education, real estate, or new ventures is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate client problems into actionable solution proposals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, online collaboration tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
