A growing organization is seeking an AI Engineer to develop automation, data, and AI-driven solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects while helping shape the organization’s use of emerging technologies.

Role Summary

The AI Engineer will design, build, and support AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and data-driven workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with experience delivering practical AI solutions in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build integrations between AI solutions, data sources, and business applications.
• Monitor solution performance and continuously improve reliability and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or automation solutions.
• Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data, APIs, and application integrations.
• Knowledge of modern AI platforms, tools, or frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
• Experience with analytics, data engineering, or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, or responsible AI practices.
• Experience delivering customer-facing or business-critical applications.
