Remote Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack, AI & PropTech

FBrothers & Company (FBC) is a technology-driven company developing innovative software solutions for property management, business operations, and artificial intelligence.

Our flagship platform, PropertyDek, is an AI-powered property management solution integrating leasing, tenant communications, smart building technology, maintenance, payments, and operational automation.

We are seeking an experienced, highly independent Senior Software Engineer to lead the development, enhancement, and deployment of our platforms.

This position requires more than strong programming skills. We need a self-starter who can understand business requirements, architect solutions, solve complex technical problems, and independently deliver production-ready applications with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Application Development

• Independently design, develop, test, and deploy new software modules.
• Build scalable applications using React, Angular, Node.js, and PHP.
• Work with existing codebases, identify architectural weaknesses, and implement improvements.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party platforms and services.
• Maintain clean, modular, well-documented, and reusable code.

2. AI Development & Integration

• Design and build AI-powered chat applications, conversational agents, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Claude, and other AI providers.
• Develop AI agents capable of interacting with application data, executing workflows, and assisting users.
• Implement conversation history, context management, tool/function calling, and API integrations.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to significantly accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

3. Application Architecture & Deployment

• Architect, deploy, and manage large-scale SaaS applications serving multiple users and organizations.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production deployment processes.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and independently implement permanent solutions.
• Maintain databases, backend services, APIs, and application infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including development and deployment of production applications.
• Demonstrated experience developing software for the PropTech, real estate, or property management industry.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI chat applications, conversational agents, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Strong proficiency in:
• React.js
• Angular
• Node.js
• PHP (Laravel preferred)
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• SQL and relational databases
• REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience architecting, deploying, maintaining, and scaling large web applications.
• Strong understanding of AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and production monitoring.
• Ability to independently debug complex frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure issues.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
