We are looking for a creative, technically skilled Video Editor who can produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos using conventional editing software and AI-powered video creation tools.

The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage the complete video production workflow, from script and prompt creation to AI-generated visuals, voice-overs, editing and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and long-form YouTube videos with thumbnails.
• Produce AI-generated videos using a complete workflow involving scripts, prompts, AI image generation, video generation, voice-overs, subtitles and final editing.
• Create videos using green-screen backgrounds, background replacement, compositing and visual effects.
• Generate images and video clips using AI tools and integrate them seamlessly into finished videos.
• Edit videos with music, sound effects, voice-overs, subtitles, transitions, animations and motion graphics.
• Create trending reels using suitable hooks, pacing, effects, audio and visual storytelling.
• Design attractive YouTube thumbnails and other video-related creative assets.
• Write effective prompts for AI image and video generation and refine outputs to achieve the desired visual quality.
• Edit raw footage, improve audio quality, synchronise voice-overs and maintain consistent visual quality.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different social media platforms.
• Deliver multiple videos within tight timelines without compromising editing quality or creative standards.

Required Skills & Tools

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on video editing experience.
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Edits or equivalent professional editing tools.
• AI Video Creation: Practical experience with AI video-generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika,Nano Banana, HeyGen, Google Flow, etc. or similar platforms.
• AI Image Generation: Ability to generate high-quality visuals using AI image-generation tools.
• AI Workflow: Must be an expert in the AI video production process, from script and prompt creation to visuals, voice-overs, subtitles and final editing.
• Audio Editing: Working knowledge of music selection, sound effects, voice-over integration and audio balancing.
• Design Skills: Good visual storytelling, typography, composition, colour sense and attention to detail.
• Additional Skills: Green-screen editing, background replacement, motion graphics, thumbnail design and short-form content trends.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have practical experience creating both conventionally edited and AI-generated videos.
• Must be able to independently generate effective prompts and create AI images and videos.
• Must be comfortable producing both short-form and long-form content.
• Must be capable of handling multiple video assignments at speed while maintaining high quality.
• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating regular video editing and AI-generated video projects.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must have a high-performance laptop or desktop with sufficient RAM, processing power and storage for video editing.
• Must have high-speed internet and reliable power backup for full-time remote work.

Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory

Please share your portfolio along with your resume, including:

• At least 5-7 examples of conventionally edited reels or videos.
• At least 5-6 examples of AI-generated videos.
• Examples featuring green-screen editing or background replacement, if available.
• Examples of long-form video editing and YouTube thumbnails, if available.
• The AI tools and editing software used for each project.
