DevOps & SDLC Engineer AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• We require strong proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We look for excellent writing and grammar skills.
• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We only consider applicants located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

• We design and solve a variety of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations.
• We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.
• We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving technical problems, and analyzing data.
