About the Role

About the RoleAs a Junior Designer, you’ll work across a diverse range of creative projects, from social media content and digital advertising to landing pages, motion graphics, email campaigns, and print materials.You’ll collaborate with our creative team to develop concepts and transform briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign strategies into polished, production-ready assets.This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the design team on creative concepts and campaign development.
• Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, display ads, email creative, web assets, and print collateral.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animated ads, GIFs, and short-form video content.
• Support web design projects, including landing pages and campaign components.
• Adapt and version creative assets across multiple platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Maintain brand consistency while working within established guidelines and templates.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver accurate, production-ready files.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or high-volume marketing environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, web design, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience designing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Knowledge of digital and print production requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and strong attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Annual base salary range of $65,000–$70,000 USD
• Paid Federal Holidays: Enjoy paid U.S. federal holidays.
