What you’ll do

• Grade AI-written federal reports for accuracy, clarity and compliance, and say exactly where each one falls short

• Draft realistic Weekly Action Reports and Situation Reports from the prompts and source documents you are given

• Write reference responses for after-action reports and executive briefings

• Refine reporting guidance and feedback so outputs follow federal reporting conventions

Who this is for

• At least three years writing federal reports or staff products for the U.S. Department of Defense, in uniform or as a DoD civilian

• A track record of templated reports (WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries) built in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in one or more U.S. military branches, strong written and spoken communication, and eligibility to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor (1099)

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
