Real software engineers train and test the AI systems built to generate and evaluate code. The teams building them need people who can create realistic coding problems, judge how well the model-generated solutions work, write the correct solution, and explain clearly where the code falls short. Your feedback helps improve the training and evaluation of the next generation of AI systems. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.

What you’ll do

• Track down and fix bugs across large multi-language codebases, from first investigation to final resolution

• Build and refactor software, with a focus on performance, maintainability and adaptability

• Create and review coding tasks that test an AI model’s performance and accuracy

• Write technical documentation, add clear annotations and actionable feedback, and validate code carefully before you submit it

Who this is for

• Highly capable in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C++, Go or TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with competitive programming and coding problem analysis skills

• Fluent English, strong analytical skills and careful code validation, with clear written and verbal communication and a track record of open-source or collaborative software work

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
