DevOps Engineer AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require native or bilingual fluency in English.
• We require proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• We require strong writing skills and excellent command of grammar.
• We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
• We can only offer work to candidates based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

• We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write concise, high-quality code examples along with thorough explanations.
• We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We provide feedback that helps improve and shape future AI models.
• We complete a short assessment as part of our onboarding process before paid work becomes available.
