What you’ll do

• Check inpatient cases for sound care, accurate documentation and clinical quality

• Identify unclear or complex cases that require careful hospitalist judgment

• Write clear feedback explaining the reasoning behind review decisions

• Document findings, support conclusions with applicable clinical standards and help improve review guidelines

Who this is for

• MD or DO degree

• At least 10 years of attending-level hospitalist experience, with strong judgment for complex or ambiguous inpatient cases

• Experience in clinical quality, documentation review, medical auditing or hospital quality assurance, plus professional fluency in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $70–$100 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
