What you’ll do

• Create realistic tasks around company and industry research and target screening

• Judge AI work on comparable company analysis and valuation for numerical accuracy and sound methodology

• Build the expert Excel model or pitchbook answer, including transaction assumptions and strategic rationale

• Explain numerical errors, weak logic, accounting treatments and deal sensitivities in clear written feedback

Who this is for

• Substantial experience supporting live acquisition processes or sale processes, including high-quality client-facing deliverables and transaction analysis such as company research, target screening or pitchbook preparation

• Advanced Excel modeling skills, demonstrated through troubleshooting, scenario analysis and presenting outputs clearly

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, plus sound judgment for assessing numerical accuracy and spotting weaknesses in transaction materials that affect strategy

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
