What you’ll do

• Create realistic equity research tasks involving earnings analysis and valuation drivers

• Review AI-generated financial analysis for accuracy and relevance, including comparisons with peer companies

• Use your sector expertise to produce concise research summaries alongside event-driven updates

• Explain where the analysis falls short and give clear feedback to improve the research content

Who this is for

• Extensive sell-side Research Associate experience with direct responsibility for company models and written research, or experience as a lead Research Analyst with publishing responsibilities

• Experience following several companies across repeated earnings cycles and maintaining comprehensive models, with work including detailed earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, event-driven updates or investment theses

• Deep specialist expertise in at least one sector, including banking, insurance or biotechnology; professional fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $175–$300 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
