Job Description
Customer Service Representative at A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $36,000-$46,000 per year
About The Role A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support timely customer communication, issue documentation, account support, and appropriate escalation. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through.
Accuracy should be preserved even when volume increases. If a deadline conflicts with the quality required to complete work responsibly, you should raise the issue early and make the tradeoff visible to the appropriate owner.
Because the position is remote, work should remain visible through clear status updates, well-maintained files, and concise written notes. Good handoffs matter: another team member should be able to understand what was completed, what remains open, and what evidence supports the current status.
The work supports interior design and remodeling operations, including project documentation, client coordination, selection tracking, and business records as relevant to the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Use knowledge resources and team guidance to keep responses accurate and consistent.
- Identify recurring customer questions and share patterns that may improve support documentation.
- Respond to assigned customer inquiries through approved phone, email, chat, or ticket channels.
- Document interactions, actions taken, and unresolved follow-up needs in the appropriate system.
- Provide clear next steps and realistic expectations when immediate resolution is not available.
- Update account details when authorized and verify changes before closing the interaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to listen carefully, clarify needs, and document interactions accurately.
- Good judgment about when to resolve a routine issue and when to escalate.
- Attention to privacy and responsible handling of customer information.
- Willingness to learn products, policies, and support procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience appropriate to customer support.
Clear ownership and reliable follow-up are central to the role, especially when assignments move across a distributed team.
