What you’ll do

• Analyze deal and dispute scenarios across M&A, capital markets, private equity and commercial litigation

• Draft, review and annotate deal documents and litigation materials

• Write structured summaries of key facts, arguments and corporate law issues for AI training

• Review model answers for accuracy, consistency and practical legal usefulness, then explain any unclear or incorrect reasoning

Who this is for

• A J.D. from an accredited institution or an international equivalent, with active bar membership or equivalent authorization to practice law

• At least three years of legal practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private equity, capital markets or commercial litigation

• Experience drafting and reviewing transactional documents or litigation materials, with clear English communication

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $140–$350 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
