Role Description This hybrid Logo / Brand Identity Designer role is based in the United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The designer will develop and refine brand identities, including logos, visual systems, typography, color palettes, and design guidelines that support Sano Pilot Services’ mission of clarity in healthcare. Day-to-day tasks include creating and iterating design concepts, preparing assets for digital and print channels, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring consistent brand application across all touchpoints. The role also involves translating complex healthcare ideas into simple, recognizable visual messages and maintaining a cohesive visual style across campaigns and materials.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Brand Identity and Branding to define and maintain a coherent visual and verbal brand presence.
• Expertise in Brand Design and Visual Design to create effective logos, visual systems, and design assets for multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, including layout, typography, and color theory, using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible visual messages, ideally within healthcare or other service-focused industries.
• Experience developing brand guidelines and assets for digital, print, and social media, with attention to accessibility and inclusivity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing logo design, brand identity systems, and multi-channel visual design work.
• Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
