Job Description
Virtual Data Entry Assistant at A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $44,000-$54,000 per year
About The Role A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring a Virtual Data Entry Assistant to support accurate entry, review, and maintenance of structured business records. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through.
Accuracy should be preserved even when volume increases. If a deadline conflicts with the quality required to complete work responsibly, you should raise the issue early and make the tradeoff visible to the appropriate owner.
Your work should be easy to audit and understand after the fact. That means using consistent naming, complete notes, and documented procedures rather than relying on memory or informal assumptions.
The work supports interior design and remodeling operations, including project documentation, client coordination, selection tracking, and business records as relevant to the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned batches on schedule while protecting accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support routine file organization, document preparation, and administrative record maintenance.
- Protect sensitive business and customer information in accordance with established handling requirements.
- Enter assigned information into approved systems and spreadsheets with consistent accuracy.
- Compare entered information with source material and correct routine errors using documented procedures.
- Follow naming, coding, and documentation standards when creating or updating records.
Qualifications
- Comfort learning new data-entry systems and updated process requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to checking work before submission.
- Clear written communication and willingness to ask focused questions when source information is unclear.
- Reliable time management in a remote environment with clearly assigned priorities.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain clean records across repeated tasks.
Good judgment includes knowing when an issue is routine, when information is missing, and when a question should be escalated rather than guessed.
