Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Symbiotic Learning. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital learning materials, marketing campaigns, social media, and educational publications that align with the organization’s brand and pedagogy. Daily responsibilities include designing graphics and layouts for presentations, course content, and promotional collateral, as well as producing logos, icons, and illustrations that support clear educational communication. The role involves collaborating with educators, content writers, and the marketing team to translate complex academic concepts into engaging visual formats, while maintaining consistent branding and typography standards. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for web and print, optimize designs for various digital platforms, and iterate on feedback to improve visual quality and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visuals for educational and marketing purposes.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities across platforms.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for digital and print learning materials.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work with feedback, and manage multiple design projects and deadlines remotely.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with academic, content, and marketing teams.
• Understanding of digital learning environments or experience in education, e-learning, or publishing is an advantage.
• Relevant formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
