Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will focus on building relationships, connecting prospective clients with financial education and services, and helping expand Qore Financial’s network.

This is a relationship-driven opportunity for individuals who are comfortable networking, communicating with others, and independently developing a client base.

No previous financial services experience is required. Training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide professional customer support and respond to general inquiries.
• Introduce individuals and families to available financial education resources.
• Generate prospective client leads through personal networks, referrals, outreach, and community connections.
• Bring or develop a network of individuals who may benefit from Qore Financial’s services.
• Identify and introduce potential candidates interested in learning about Qore Financial’s independent-contractor opportunities.
• Coordinate appropriate client referrals to licensed financial professionals.
• Participate in virtual training, onboarding, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate client communications and follow-up records.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet access and basic computer skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to network, build relationships, and generate prospective clients.
• Ability to bring an existing network of potential clients or actively develop one.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to complete required onboarding and training.
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Important: Candidates must be willing to actively build their own client or referral network. An established network is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation

This is an independent-contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation, not a traditional hourly or salaried customer service position.
