Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document customer interactions, update account information, and manage data entry tasks efficiently
• Assist clients with troubleshooting technical problems and guide them through solutions using clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Manage client communication across multiple channels while maintaining high organizational standards and attention to detail
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for quality assurance purposes

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong phone communication skills and client service expertise
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry and documentation tasks
• Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus for engaging with customers proactively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication skills for clear email correspondence and documentation

Pay: $30.28 - $35.25 per hour
