Job Description
Operations Assistant at A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $42,000-$52,000 per year
About The Role A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operational coordination, task tracking, documentation, and workflow support. The role is fully remote within the United States and is designed for someone who values accurate work, clear documentation, and dependable follow-through.
Some assignments will be routine and repetitive, while others will require closer review. In both cases, you should keep decisions grounded in available information, document exceptions, and avoid making assumptions that are not supported by the record.
Work will be organized around defined priorities and documented procedures. When a record, request, or result does not match expectations, the right response is to verify the available information, note the difference, and use the appropriate escalation path rather than forcing a conclusion.
The work supports interior design and remodeling operations, including project documentation, client coordination, selection tracking, and business records as relevant to the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare status summaries covering completed work, blockers, and upcoming priorities.
- Use spreadsheets and shared tools to monitor volume, timing, and completion status.
- Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and action-item tracking for operational reviews.
- Identify repeated workflow problems and document examples for process owners.
- Protect confidential information used in operational processes.
- Maintain trackers for recurring operational tasks, deadlines, and outstanding follow-up items.
Qualifications
- Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple concurrent tasks.
- Clear written communication and practical coordination skills.
- Attention to detail when maintaining status and process documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional handling of confidential business information.
You do not need to know every internal system on day one; the important foundation is careful work, willingness to learn, and consistent follow-through.
