Freelance Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented freelancer to help bring our restaurant’s brand to life across print and digital channels. Our style is modern, bold, clean, and consistent, with designs that make our food stand out and encourage customers to order.

Responsibilities

• Design restaurant marketing materials, including flyers, takeout menus, catering menus, signage, banners, drive-thru menus, and promotional graphics.
• Follow our established brand direction and create a consistent look across all materials.
• Organize menu information so designs are attractive, easy to read, and practical for customers.
• Prepare print-ready files using the correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, and printer specifications.
• Design and build email campaigns in Toast for promotions, catering, seasonal offerings, and customer engagement.
• Write or refine promotional copy with clear calls to action.
• Design and update our Toast website within the platform’s available tools, with attention to mobile readability, navigation, and online ordering.
• Check prices, menu details, links, and QR codes for accuracy before submitting work.
• Deliver editable source files and final assets in the required formats.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of professional graphic design work; restaurant, food, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Experience designing both print and digital materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or comparable professional design tools.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience building email campaigns and updating websites; hands-on Toast experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work within an existing brand identity while contributing fresh, thoughtful ideas.
• Reliable communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Availability for ongoing projects, seasonal campaigns, and occasional quick-turnaround updates.
