AI Video Designer

The role
We’re looking for an AI video designer who can take an idea and turn it into a finished, scroll-stopping video. You’ll use generative AI tools along with traditional editing to produce ads and short-form content for our clients. This is a hands-on role with real creative ownership, so we want someone who already makes great work and wants to keep raising the bar.

What you’ll do

• Produce short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube from brief to final export
• Use AI tools to generate footage, voiceovers, avatars, and visual effects
• Edit, sound-design, caption, and polish videos so they look professional, not obviously AI-generated
• Make several versions of hooks, formats, and aspect ratios for testing
• Work with strategists and copywriters to turn concepts and scripts into finished creative
• Keep up with new AI video tools and bring the useful ones into our workflow

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of video editing or motion design experience
• A portfolio that shows AI-generated or AI-assisted video work (required)
• A good eye for pacing, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Comfort working fast, taking feedback, and turning around revisions quickly
• Clear communication and reliability when working remotely

Nice to have

• Experience making direct-response or performance ads
• Experience with UGC-style content
• Motion graphics or 3D skills
