What you’ll do

• Review inpatient charts, clinical notes and FHIR data for accuracy and completeness

• Check assessments and plans against the medical record

• Identify documentation gaps and inconsistencies across inpatient materials

• Communicate clear findings and apply review standards consistently

Who this is for

• An MD or DO degree, with board certification in one of these fields: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine

• Experience in an inpatient or hospitalist role, current or recent, from the past two years

• Fluent in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $100–$120 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
