About the Role

You will own digital PR and AI visibility: identifying the sources AI engines cite for contract management topics, securing positive brand mentions, and ensuring those mentions appear in AI answers. This role blends research, outreach, creator partnerships, and light negotiation, all focused on increasing our presence across AI-generated results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Review weekly AI citation reports and identify high-value pages, creators, and domains to target.
• Score and prioritize opportunities based on relevance, buyer intent, competitor presence, editorial credibility, freshness, and reachability.
• Find the correct author, editor, or creator behind each target and validate contact information.
• Write personalized outreach proposing specific updates or inclusions.
• Provide accurate product details, screenshots, interviews, and research to support editorial changes.
• Follow up to secure placements, confirm updates went live, and track appearance in AI answers.
• Negotiate small paid placements or creator fees within budget.
• Draft accurate, non-promotional community responses when relevant.
• Maintain a detailed outreach tracker and report weekly on wins, pipeline, obstacles, and insights.

What You Need

• 2+ years in digital PR, content marketing, SEO, link building, creator partnerships, communications, or research.
• Strong research and outreach personalization skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Dust) to automate workflows.
• Ability to interpret reports (Peec, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.) and explain prioritization.
• Experience with HubSpot, Amplemarket, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage many conversations at once.
• Curious about how AI engines choose and cite sources.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AEO/GEO, SEO, digital PR, link acquisition, affiliate programs, or influencer marketing.
• Experience with Peec, AirOps, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with B2B software buying, legal operations, procurement, finance, or contract management.
• Experience negotiating small partnerships or paid placements.
• Understanding of editorial mentions, sponsorships, reviews, and affiliate listings, including disclosure rules.
