AI Operations Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

OnSpot Technologies is seeking an AI Operations Specialist who will manage and operate multiple AI platforms and agents to support business operations, research, lead generation, content production, and administrative workflows.

This is not an AI Automation Engineer role. You do not need coding, API, or software development experience. Instead, we’re looking for someone who can effectively leverage AI tools, manage workflows, maintain quality, and continuously improve processes.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and manage multiple AI tools and agents daily
• Create, test, and optimize prompts for different business use cases
• Conduct AI-assisted research and market intelligence gathering
• Generate reports, summaries, and business insights
• Manage AI-driven lead generation and prospecting workflows
• Review and improve AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy
• Organize information using tools such as Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Learn and adopt new AI platforms as business needs evolve
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support business initiatives

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience and location.

Approximately USD $1,200-$1,5000/month for experienced candidates

Exceptional candidates with advanced operational and AI experience may be considered at higher compensation levels.
