The teams building them need M&A lawyers who can run realistic contract negotiations, judge whether an AI response identifies the right risks, write the legal answer a transaction lawyer would give, and explain where the reasoning or drafting falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of legal AI models and the standards used to evaluate them. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.

What you’ll do

• Use asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements and other M&A documents in simulated negotiations and redlining exercises

• Assess whether AI-generated answers spot the relevant risks, reach accurate conclusions and reflect sound legal judgment

• Set objective grading criteria for how well a model handles contract review and negotiation

• Give a clear, consistent account of the contract decisions and legal reasoning behind them
