Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Home Improvement Lending

LendKey Technologies, Inc. is a pioneer in digital network lending, dedicated to simplifying the lending process for both financial institutions and borrowers. With more than 15 years of experience, LendKey has facilitated more than $8 billion in loans through hundreds of credit unions and community banks nationwide. Our mission is to empower local lenders with innovative, reliable technology that upholds community values while enabling access to national markets.

At LendKey, our strategic partnerships are central to how we bring lending solutions to market. Our product teams are organized by lending vertical, with end-to-end ownership of the borrower and partner experience, from initial loan discovery and application through origination and servicing.

As Senior Product Manager, Home Improvement Lending (HIL), you will lead the strategy, development, and performance of the HIL product experience across the full loan lifecycle. This includes overseeing product relationships with key strategic partners, expanding our aggregator and distribution channels, and owning the merchant portal that connects contractors to our lending solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping how borrowers, contractors, and partners engage with LendKey’s home improvement lending platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the HIL product strategy and roadmap, with end-to-end accountability for the lending experience, from borrower acquisition and application through loan origination and servicing.
  • Drive product strategy for key strategic partnerships, including roadmap alignment, requirements prioritization, and resolution of product-related challenges.
  • Lead product development for HIL’s aggregator and distribution channels, identifying opportunities to expand reach, improve integration, and enhance the partner experience.
  • Own the merchant portal experience, ensuring contractors have intuitive, effective tools to offer financing and support their customers.
  • Shape the borrower, contractor, and partner experiences, translating business needs and customer insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Partner with platform and servicing product teams to align shared capabilities, dependencies, and delivery priorities with HIL business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with HIL business leadership to align product investments with commercial priorities, partner needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor product success metrics, using data and feedback to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products and strategic partner-facing initiatives.
  • Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or financial services; point-of-sale financing, contractor-driven lending, or home improvement financing.
  • Experience working in B2B2C environments, balancing the needs of business partners, distribution channels, and end consumers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, prioritize competing demands, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive execution across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and company stock option awards, subject to applicable plan terms and approval requirements. LendKey also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
